The company was formed in 2012 servicing the property development and upgrading of construction work. It has ability and capacity to take on projects of unlimited value in general building. Bruzar Construction (PTY) Ltd experience range from office blocks to residential developments.
Bruzar Consulting Engineers was registered in 2008 as close corporation (cc), it was, however, changed to (pty) Ltd as a registered engineering company (reg. ck No. 2012/023705/07). The company is serving its duties under bruzar project. The company offers the following services:

Rudzani Mamphaga is a Registered Professional Engineer with ECSA and holds a BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Engineering (GDE). Rudzani also holds a Project Management Institute (PMI) accredited certificate on a Proactive Project Management Programme and he has served as a committee member of SAICE.
Starting his professional career with Liebenberg & Stander Gauteng in 1998, Rudzani later became an associate of this Consulting Engineering firm. During his tenure at Liebenberg and Stander, he was charged with conceptual planning, detail design and detailing, site supervision and compliance inspection of the works. Projects varied from corporate office buildings to industrial and commercial developments. His expertise lies in reinforced concrete, masonry and structural steel. Some of the noteworthy projects include the Sasol Polymer Central Offices in Bryanston, Country Club Office Park in Woodmead, JP Morgan Offices and the African Life Properties offices in Illovo Boulevard, the Standard Bank Call Centre in Roodepoort, Northgate Shopping Mall Phase 3 & 4 and the Bowman Gilfillan offices in Sandton.
In 2004, he joined NHBRC as structural engineer serving all provincial offices. He gained experience in Housing and Residential Property Development, both private and government subsidy sectors. At NHBRC, He was part of the Technical Section, which its main function is to minimize technical risk, which forms the main part of overall risk management to the Warranty Fund formed under Housing Consumer Protection Measures Act (Act. 95 of 1998). I have represented NHBRC at various stakeholders’ workshops, conferences with MINMEC as a highlight and served as a member of a Technical Committee developing a code of practice for Light Weight Steel Framed Buildings (under SAFSA a division of SAISC).
Rudzani Mamphaga worked with Rendeals Four Consulting from April 2008 to January 2009 as the Head of Civil Engineering in the Gauteng Office. In September 2008, he was appointed by National Department of Housing as a specialist consultant and head of Engineering and Project Management Stream of the National Intervention Team to fast track housing delivery in the Eastern Cape.
